Kate Kruizenga

Kate Kruizenga is a strategic consultant currently serving as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Kruizenga Consulting since September 2023. With extensive experience in operations, human resources, and business strategy, Kate has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Vice President of Operations at Arbital Health, where foundational functions for a health tech startup were established, and at Parallel Domain, scaling the company during its Series A to B transition. Additionally, Kate contributed to Dropbox's business development strategy and operations, significantly influencing revenue growth. Previous roles include crafting HR strategies at Kaiser Permanente, leading strategic projects at Tilting Futures, and enhancing operational efficiencies within Teach For America. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master’s from Wheaton College, and a Business Foundations Certificate from The Wharton School.
