Mollie Frail

Mollie Frail is an experienced talent management professional with a history of leadership roles in prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Talent at KSL Capital Partners since June 2021, Mollie has previously held senior positions at The Blackstone Group, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, and at BlackRock as Vice President of Human Resources and Campus Recruiting. Prior experience includes roles at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School as Associate Director of the Career Management Center, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Campus Recruiting at Wachovia Securities, and positions at Banc of America Securities that encompassed human resources and trading assistance. Mollie Frail earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Advertising from Appalachian State University.
