Ryan Flautz

Ryan Flautz, AIA, serves as a Principal and Associate Principal at KTGY Architecture + Planning since June 2011. Prior experience includes roles as Associate/Project Manager at JZMK Partners, a prestigious architecture and planning firm specializing in residential and mixed-use projects from January 2001 to May 2011. Prior to that, Ryan acted as Project Manager at RNL, delivering architectural solutions globally from January 2000 to January 2001. Ryan began a career at Klages Carter Vail and Partners, serving as Job Captain/Project Manager from March 1996 to January 2000, and held the position of Construction Manager/Designer at Rivet's Development focusing on high-end residential projects from January 1992 to January 1996.
