KTL was launched in 1998 by founder and director Tony Killarney, and in the last quarter century has grown into an industry-leading business, servicing blue chip clients across the telecoms and power sectors.

The company has expanded vastly since its inception, progressively entering new and more complex areas of the telecoms and power sectors, and now employing more than 600 people right across the globe.

Since the beginning, the people who have worked for and with KTL have made it what it is. The Engineering and Technical Team at KTL is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's telecom and power solutions. This team includes roles such as Senior Computer Aided Design Technician, Design Solutions Engineer, Field Engineering, and Transmission Engineer, who collaboratively create high-quality, innovative infrastructure designs. The Design Survey Consultant and Telecommunications Specialist focus on site evaluations and ensuring robust communication networks, while the IT Support Engineer ensures the seamless operation of internal systems and technical support. Together, they ensure that KTL meets its standards of quality and service for blue chip clients globally.
