Yernaz Yesbergenov

Yernaz Yesbergenov currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at KTR since September 2018, where responsibilities include directing all aspects of Operational Excellence and driving innovation through consistent implementation of Lean/TPS and Six Sigma initiatives. Prior roles include Corporate Quality Manager, where standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards were developed, and International Operations Systems & Lean Leader at GE Transportation, managing international maintenance service operations. Yernaz has also acted as a Business Partner and Lean Six Sigma Trainer/Consultant at EN-Sync 80/20 and BPI, leading a team to enhance business efficiency and profits. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, among others.
