Chris Liu

Chris Liu has extensive experience in investment and leadership roles across multiple companies, currently serving as the Chairman of Soul Machines and an investor in Alauda Aeronautics, Vow, and Varden Pty Ltd. Liu has been with Horizons Ventures since December 2013, focusing on identifying emerging trends and opportunities. Previous roles include Director of User Experience at Intel Corporation and Managing Director at Fjord, acquired by Accenture. Liu also led the Human Interface Design Group at Sony from 2003 to 2007. Liu holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, obtained in 1997.
