Vonnie Estes

Vonnie Estes serves as the Vice President of Innovation at the International Fresh Produce Association since October 2018, and has been a consultant at Estes Consulting since 2015, focusing on commercialization strategies for new technologies in agriculture and industrial biotech. In addition to board positions at Kula Bio, Stony Creek Colors, Creatus Biosciences Inc., and Microvi Biotech Inc., Vonnie Estes contributed as a member of the External Advisory Board for the Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator until December 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Caribou Biosciences, Managing Director - US at GranBio, and Board Member at Zymergen, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Plant Pathology from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from New Mexico State University.
