Jonas Bjuggren

Jonas Bjuggren is a Board Member at Kungsleden. Jonas was previously the Regionchef at Vasakronan AB from January 2011 to December 2017, where they were responsible for the company's operations in the Uppsala region with a property value of approximately SEK 6 billion and approximately 40 employees. Jonas was also a member of the company's management team and, over a period of approximately 6 years in the role as Regionchef, they lifted the region's performance successively on most parameters (e.g. direct return, value development, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction).

From April 2018 to December 2021, they were a styrelseledamot at Kungsleden AB.

From January 2009 to December 2010, they were the Affärsenhetschef at Vasakronan AB, responsible for the company's property portfolio on Östermalm and its surroundings, as well as for approximately 8 employees. The main focus was to lead and coach the team in leasing, project and property development (renovation and construction).

From January 2003 to December 2008, they were an Affärsenhetschef at AP Fastigheter AB.

From January 2002 to December 2003, they were a Projektledare at Sweco Projektledning AB.

Jonas Bjuggren has a master's degree in civil engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
