Kim Ellis

Kim Ellis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in development and real estate across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Kura Sushi USA since November 2019, Kim has held prominent roles such as Chief Development Officer at Scooter's Coffee and iFLY Indoor Skydiving, as well as Senior Vice President of Development at both GameStop and Black Rifle Coffee Company. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Piada Italian Street Food, Regis Corporation, and Panda Restaurant Group, where Kim oversaw significant real estate and development operations. Kim Ellis holds a degree from George Mason University.
