Michelle Douglas has extensive legal experience in regulatory compliance, business litigation, and risk management. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Kutak Rock since June 2022, Michelle previously held the position of VP, Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory and Global Financial Crimes Officer at Fiserv from January 2021 to June 2022. Michelle's prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel for First Data Corporation, focusing on regulatory compliance for the financial services sector, and National Indemnity Company, managing coverage and bad faith lawsuits. Early career experience includes litigation at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), summa cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
