Joe Rivas is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at kVP Energy Services, LLC since November 2024, Joe Rivas previously held similar positions at FST Technical Services and Walker Engineering Inc., where responsibilities included directing all HR activities for electrical construction and technical service companies. Joe Rivas also served as Vice President at M+W Group, overseeing HR and administrative functions for a North American holding company managing diverse corporations in engineering and construction. With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, Joe Rivas has demonstrated capability in managing large teams and overseeing operations for over 2,500 employees across three countries in a $1 billion privately held company.
