Brenda

Brenda is currently a customer account manager at Kwara, a position they have held for several years. Prior to that, they worked as a trainee at Cloud Factory Kenya and Yusudi Africa LTD. In their role at Cloud Factory, they were responsible for data entry and image transcription for machine learning. Brenda also used the design thinking model to create a presentation that proposed a range of solutions for first-time entrepreneurs. These include market research and competitor analysis which are fundamentals when setting up businesses.

At Yusudi Africa LTD, Brenda was responsible for contacting five companies in the Finance, FMCG, and Insurance industries to build a sales pipeline for the business. As a result, they signed up and negotiated with two of the clients that deepened the company wallet share by 5%. Brenda also spearheaded the research and data collection of 'Chanuka Kidooh' an application designed to solve the financial illiteracy gap among the youth. This entailed one on one interviews with the youth, preparing focus group material, and designing survey questionnaires. In addition, Brenda conducted data analysis and prepared pitch presentations used for potential clients.

Most recently, Brenda served as an online business manager at Elsie Digital Management from July 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

The educational career for Brenda would be a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Rongo University.
