Utsav Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, strategy development, and data analytics across several leading organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Program Management at Kyndryl, Utsav previously held the position of Head of Business Strategy, CRM & Growth at The Body Shop, and Manager of Strategy and Operations at Nykaa, where notable achievements included onboarding international brands and enhancing customer retention through data-driven insights. Prior roles at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co. involved critical contributions to risk management and operational efficiency, while early experience at Mu Sigma focused on customer analytics and supply chain optimization.
