Sam Saliba

Sam Saliba, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Practice Leader for IT Health Services and Vendor Management at L.A. Care Health Plan since August 2021, Sam has held numerous leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group since June 2010, including Senior Director of Optum Product Engineering & Data Solutions and Director of Optum Technology Government Solutions. Prior to this, Sam contributed to various organizations such as Digital River, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente, focusing on project management and implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) solutions. Sam holds an MBA from California State University, Fullerton and additional leadership training from the University of Southern California.
