Allie Platts

Allie Platts currently serves as a DEI Program Consultant and Senior Talent Partner at L.L.Bean since October 2021. Prior to this role, Allie held the position of Senior Early Career Talent Consultant at Unum from January 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing and executing early talent sourcing strategies. Allie's earlier experience includes several roles at the University of Southern Maine, including Student Employment Specialist and Career Advisor, as well as positions in education as Lead Teacher at White Mountain Waldorf School. Allie began a professional journey at Wheaton College Office of Academic Advising as Senior Preceptor and also interned at various organizations, including the Maine College of Art. Allie holds a Master’s Degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Sociology and Religion from Wheaton College.
