Jeanne Emerson

Jeanne Emerson has over 30 years of experience in logistics and IT management at L.L.Bean, where roles included Logistics Analyst, IS Manager II, and Manager of Computer Operations. Responsibilities included managing IT teams to ensure high-volume order processing, supporting finance and HR functions, and overseeing the transition to a new JDA platform. Prior to assuming retirement designation, Jeanne also led projects that implemented credit card processing and optimized catalog mailing. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Maine, supplemented by an Associate degree in Computer Science from Tarrant County College.
