Kerry Simms

Kerry Simms, MBA, CHRL, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at L3Harris Technologies, where effective counsel is provided on employee performance and talent strategy for the WESCAM Engineering & Supply Chain functions. Previously, Kerry held HR roles at Apotex Pharmachem Inc. as an HR Partner, and as a consultant for Work Essentials, among other positions. Notable experience includes managing HR activities for TF Warren Group and supporting multiple unionized publishing sites at Metroland Media Group Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a BMOS from Western University.
