Roderick Board

Roderick Board, MBA, is an experienced professional in program management and systems engineering, currently leading program management initiatives at L3Harris Technologies since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Cyber Security Functional Team Lead and Senior System Engineer at ENSCO, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed systems engineering support and security assessments. Roderick's background also features roles at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Acquisition Professional, and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of La Verne, developing leadership curriculum. Additional experience includes project engineering for the Air Force at ManTech, as Director of Operations at Practical Cleanroom Solutions, and as an Acquisition Logistics Specialist at InDyne Inc. Roderick’s military career with the United States Air Force spanned over 20 years, culminating in the role of Master Sergeant, with a focus on computer systems and missile maintenance training. Roderick holds an MBA in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne, among other educational qualifications.
