Marcelo Moya has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Sub Gerente Sucursales at Caja La Araucana since February 2012, overseeing the management of 22 agencies across various regions in Chile. Notable achievements include leading the Huérfanos branch, which achieved the highest national performance. Moya has held multiple positions within Caja La Araucana, including Gerente de Sucursal and Jefe División Fidelización Pensionados, demonstrating a strong focus on compliance, fraud auditing, and operational efficiency. Previous experience includes roles such as Auditor Interno and Supervisor Division Previsional at La Araucana CCAF, where responsibilities included fraud investigations and statistical reporting.
