Deborah Newman is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director Of Food And Beverage at La Fonda on the Plaza since June 2022. Previously, Deborah held the position of Director Of Food And Beverage at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort and served as the Executive Director at La Mesita Ranch Estate, where responsibilities included selling guest accommodations and leading a team of landscapers and housekeepers. Deborah also gained substantial experience at The Club at Las Campanas as the Director of Catering and Events, curating a variety of events for Club members.
