Florent Brunet

Florent Brunet serves as Group Head of M&A and Development Strategy at La Maison Bleue since September 2022, contributing to a private equity-backed leveraged buyout in the childcare sector, managing approximately 6,000 employees and €300 million in turnover. Prior to this role, Brunet was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Areva from January 2018 to August 2022 and engaged in acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures within the AREVA Group. Additionally, Brunet held various positions in business development and consultancy, including Executive Chairman at AREVA H2Gen in 2020, Senior Consultant at Kea & Partners from 2005 to 2009, and roles at Ernst & Young and Simon Kucher & Partners. Brunet holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated from ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction.
