Troy Duazo, MBA, currently serves as General Manager at La Perle by Dragone since December 2021. With extensive experience in live entertainment and management, Troy held the position of General Manager for The House of Dancing Water at Dragone from May 2018 to April 2020, where also served as Human Resources Director. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Phaneuf Duazo Inc., Management Consultant & Coach at Troy Duazo Consulting, and Executive Vice President at Mile Inn. Notable positions at Cirque du Soleil included Assistant Senior Vice President of Marketing and Director of Operations and Strategic Planning, where responsibilities encompassed global marketing operations and strategic planning. Troy holds dual MBAs from McGill University and HEC Montréal, along with certifications in Co-Active Coaching and Collective Leadership.
