Jacqueline st. Laurent

Jacqueline St. Laurent serves as a Member of the Steering Committee at Fora: Network for Change since May 2022, contributing to initiatives that promote gender equity and empower young changemakers. Jacqueline represented Peru as a 2022 Global Summit Delegate during the Global Forum held in Toronto, Canada. As a Legal Consultant at Compemedia and Technical Secretariat of the Ethics Tribunal at the Peruvian Press Council, Jacqueline addresses legal and ethical issues in journalism. Further involvement includes consultancy and column writing for Diario La República's PerúLegal, participation as a delegate in the Ship for World Youth program in Japan, and experience as an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Previously, Jacqueline coordinated themes for the I Regional Conference on UN Peacekeeping Operations and interned at Forum for Human Rights. Academic qualifications include a degree from Universidad del Pacífico and a program at the University of Buenos Aires focused on Latin American youth engagement with the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
