Audrey Lachaud

Audrey Lachaud is a founder of Food&CookLab, established in January 2018, focusing on creating resilient spaces with a controlled environmental impact and promoting social equity. Concurrently, Lachaud has been involved with La Ruche qui dit Oui! since October 2014, working on responsible consumption and local development initiatives, including community gardens and mobile canneries. Lachaud's previous experience includes a role in business incubation at CCISM de Polynésie française, serving as a consultant for the INTEGRE project, and positions as a certified educator and course instructor in various institutions. Educational qualifications include advanced studies in language sciences from the Université de Rouen and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
