Mats Helland

Mats Helland is an experienced Project Manager currently serving as a Prosjektleder at LAB Entreprenør since February 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager at AF Gruppen from February 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities also encompassed Site Management and Lean Management. Mats held the position of Project Manager Lean at AF Gruppen Sverige between March 2018 and February 2019 and previously worked as a Project Manager at LAB Entreprenør from August 2015 to March 2018, where duties included VDC and Lean coordination. Early career experiences include project engineering roles in various companies, internships, and military service as Squad 2ic in the Norwegian Army. Mats earned a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by studies at San Diego State University.
