Grigory Kauzov

Grigory Kauzov is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology and service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at Lab49, Grigory has previously held significant roles at EPAM Systems, including Vice President of Cloud Practice and Co-Head of Capital Markets Front Office Technology. With a decade-long tenure at Luxoft, where Grigory was Vice President of Global Services, Grigory led service delivery for major financial institutions and was instrumental in growing UBS into a key global account. Grigory has also held leadership positions at National Telecom, RBC-SOFT, and other notable organizations, showcasing a strong expertise in business development, project management, and client relations. Grigory holds a Master's degree in Science and an MBA from Lomonosov Moscow State University, complemented by Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
