Sarah Hayter Beauchamp

Sarah Hayter Beauchamp, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Manager for Atlantic Breweries at Labatt Breweries of Canada since March 2014. In this role, Sarah emphasizes the importance of investing in personnel as a key component of business strategy. Prior to this, Sarah was a Human Resource Officer for the Town of Truro from October 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing hiring practices, developing HR policies, maintaining the Anti-Harassment Policy, and acting as the Diversity Coordinator. Sarah began career experience as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC from March 2008 to October 2009. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University, completed in 2009.
