Tera Kull

Tera Kull is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of People Strategy & Culture at LabCentral since January 2025 and as President of the Nicholas Richard Collins Superhero Foundation since July 2022, a non-profit dedicated to supporting pediatric oncology patients and their families. Previously, Tera held various leadership roles, including Director of Talent and Culture as well as Director of Talent Acquisition at Assurance IQ, and Owner of Leaf + Pin Design. Tera has significant experience with Microsoft, where roles included Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Global Talent Partner for Early Career. Educational qualifications include a BSBA in Marketing/Management and Psychology from Northeastern University.
