Pays Pascal has extensive experience in regional management and sales within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. Currently serving as the Director Regional Rheumatology for Laboratoires Expanscience since October 2014, Pays implements commercial strategies while monitoring budgetary and product priorities. Prior to this, Pays worked as an independent sales representative for Laboratoires Cytolnat France, establishing a new cosmetics brand among dermatologists and pharmacies. Professional background includes being the owner of MAD/HAD, sourcing medical equipment in China and Eastern Europe, and holding regional director roles at Schwarz Pharma and Recordati S.p.A., as well as a regional sales director position at MBO Novartis. Pays holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Delegation from Aix-Marseille University, a Profit Center Management diploma from HOREMIS, and a certification from the Ministry of Armed Forces in Woippy focused on handicap studies.
