Claudia Amaya Toral

Claudia Amaya Toral has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Asistente de Capacitación y DO at Laboratorio Milab since August 2022, Claudia is responsible for managing the induction process and overseeing internal training related to the Quality Management System. Prior roles include positions at Fresenius Kabi, where Claudia held titles such as Analista de Compensaciones y Rendimiento Organizacional and Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional. Additionally, Claudia contributed to Grupo Ramos as an Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional and Analista de Recursos Humanos, focusing on performance evaluations and organizational structure management. Claudia began their career at Pinturas Tropical as Encargada de Reclutamiento y Selección, specializing in recruitment for various levels of positions. Claudia holds a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana.
