Lynelle Pillay

Lynelle Pillay is an experienced Client Relationship Manager, HR Consultant, and HR Training Consultant at LabourNet since June 2014, specializing in transforming organizations into better employers through comprehensive guidance on Employment Equity and Skills Development processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and mitigating organizational risks. Lynelle also served as an Examination Assistant at the Department of Education in late 2012, supporting the examination process by checking matriculant papers. Lynelle Pillay holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, earned between 2009 and 2012, and completed matric at Crossmoor Secondary in 2008 with a focus on Mathematics, Accounting, Physical Science, and Life Science.
