Senzo Brian Khathini

Senzo Brian Khathini is an experienced industrial relations professional currently serving as a Senior IR Consultant at LabourNet since July 2022, where responsibilities include chairing disciplinary and grievance hearings, facilitating PWP and incapacity investigation hearings, as well as onboarding and developing new consultants. Prior experience includes working as an IR Consultant at Scorpion Legal Protection from June 2021 to June 2022 and serving as a Legal Advisor specializing in labour law at Kribashni Naidoo & Associates from February 2019 to June 2021, where a two-year articles serve was completed. Senzo holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, set to completion in December 2023, and an L.L.B degree from the University of Zululand, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
