Mikaela Swietlinska

Mikaela Swietlinska currently serves as Team Lead for CSD Operations at LabX Media Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Mikaela worked at The Scientist as Coordinator of Sales Operations from July 2021 to September 2024. Earlier experience includes roles such as Operations Manager at Senior Helpers Canada, Business Development Specialist at Nurse Next Door, and Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care. Mikaela also held the position of Team Lead Coordinator at ParaMed Home Health Care and Client Services Coordinator at Canadian Red Cross. Mikaela holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Sociology from Laurentian University, graduated in 2017.
