Tomek Duda

Tomek Duda is a Polish-born entrepreneur and business growth specialist. Tomek has over 10 years' experience in the startup industry, having founded and grown a number of businesses in Poland and the UK. Tomek is currently based in London, where they run a growth marketing agency called Ladder.

Tomek's experience includes working with startups on growth strategy, marketing, and product development. Tomek has also mentored startups at Brainware Ventures and CIENCE. In their current role as a Growth Mentor, Tomek is available to chat with entrepreneurs about growth-related issues.
