Carl Villalobos

Carl Villalobos, EIT, is an Associate Civil Engineer II with expertise in project planning and development, currently employed at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since February 2020. Prior to this role, Carl gained experience as a Water Resources and Planning Intern at the City of Anaheim Public Utilities from August 2019 to February 2020. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, attained in 2019.
