Ioana Kovacevic

Ioana Kovacevic is an experienced professional in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as the Concepts & Projects Director at Lagardère Travel Retail since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ioana held various positions at HWH Hospitality Investments, starting as a Project Manager in December 2017 and progressing to Strategy and Development Manager until June 2022. As a founder and partner of SY Beauty, Ioana developed the "Sincerely Yours" natural beauty products line. Ioana’s earlier experiences include successfully managing the opening of Common Grounds café at BULL & ROO Hospitality and working as Executive Food Beverage Coordinator at Al Khayyat Investments. Other significant roles include Marketing Executive at Ping Pong Dim Sum and Hospitality Management Trainee at Thomas Klein International. Ioana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelschool The Hague, and holds certifications in Project Management and Applied Neuroscience.
