Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at LAGOS since July 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Manager of Human Resources at Ingerman from September 2017 to August 2024, where oversight of HR operations encompassed talent acquisition, benefits administration, and payroll processing for a multi-state company. Stephen also held the position of HRIS Manager, ensuring effective data management and quality control of personnel and payroll information. Earlier roles include Payroll Manager at Resource Residential and Senior Assistant Payroll Manager at JEVS, with extensive experience in payroll administration, data integrity, and user training on payroll software. Stephen began a career in payroll at Beneficial Bank, progressing from Payroll Specialist to Bank Teller while implementing training programs and enhancing customer service.
