Sami Holopainen

Sami Holopainen possesses extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure, currently serving as Director of IT Infrastructure & End User Services at LähiTapiola since January 2013. Prior roles include Service Director and Head of Department for Infra Services at the same organization. Before joining LähiTapiola, Sami held the position of Head of Department for Technology and Operations Services at Lähivakuutus and contributed to VTI Technologies as Manager of IT Operations & Support, Information Systems Manager, and Team Leader for Systems Specialists. Earlier career positions include IT Manager at Oplayo Oy, IT System Specialist at Add2Phone Ltd, and Software Engineer/IT Administrator at Teamware Group Oy. Sami holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Automation from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, completed from 1996 to 1999.
