Sorin Milosescu MIRSE MIEAust CPEng NER is an experienced construction manager and engineer with a focus on railway signalling. Since July 2020, Sorin has served as a Construction Manager for Signalling at Laing O'Rourke. Prior to this role, Sorin worked at Broadspectrum as a Construction Manager for ATP from October 2018 to July 2020. From January 2011 to September 2018, Sorin was a Senior Project Engineer and Signalling Project Engineer at Novo Rail Alliance. Sorin's early career includes a position as a Signalling Engineer at Romanian Railway from 1991 to 2000. Sorin holds a Master of Science degree in Railway Signalling from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, completed between 1985 and 1991.
