Vincent Jacob has extensive experience in commercial management within the industrial and food sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Grands Comptes Industrie et Activité Boulangerie Patisserie at Laïta since January 2017, Vincent previously held senior roles at OVOTEAM, including Directeur Commercial Industrie and Responsable export, from March 2003 to January 2017. Prior to that, Vincent was Directeur commercial at SAS LIOT from February 1999 to February 2003. Vincent holds a DESS in Commerce international from Grenoble IAE (1992-1993) and has completed preparatory classes at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Brest (1987-1989) and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d'Organisation (1990-1992).
