Jennifer Cleaves

Jennifer Cleaves serves as the Principal of Finn Hill Middle School at Lake Washington School District since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Elementary School Principal at Colorado Springs School District 11 from August 2017 to July 2021. Jennifer's career in education began in Douglas County School District, where roles included Assistant Principal, Administrative Intern, and various teaching positions at Flagstone Elementary, as well as a classroom teacher at Eldorado Elementary. Jennifer's teaching experience also includes time at Somerset Elementary in Bellevue School District. Educational qualifications include an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Reading & Writing from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Washington University.
