Michael Neville

Michael Neville is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in dairy operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Dairy Operations at Lakeland Dairies since October 2021, Michael previously held senior roles at Kerry, including Senior Procurement Manager for Dairy, Confectionery, and Beverage in Europe, where leadership was provided in commodity buying. Michael's expertise extends to managing procurement for vegetable oils and vegetables, as well as packaging sourcing in multiple sectors. A Six Sigma Belt holder, Michael also led supply chain initiatives at Dell and served as Contracts Manager at Lexmark. Michael holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and degrees in Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick, along with a DEUG Diploma from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
