Francisco Tello

Francisco (Paco) Tello currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Lakeview Farms, a role held since November 2024, where responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the organization's operations. As a Member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce since September 2021, Francisco contributes to regional business leadership. Prior to Lakeview Farms, Francisco held the position of VP Americas Operations (COO) at Perfetti Van Melle from January 2018 to October 2024, overseeing supply chain operations across the Americas. Francisco's extensive experience at Mars included roles such as VP Manufacturing & Engineering NA, Plant Director, and Plant Manager, along with other key managerial positions. Early career experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Condumex and Production Planning at Industria Envasadora de Queretaro. Francisco holds a degree from Universidad del Valle de México, earned between 1993 and 1996.
