Sandy Shahinian

Sandy Shahinian serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lakewood Ranch since April 2017, contributing to the recognition of the community as the best-selling, master-planned multi-generational community in the United States for five consecutive years. With a strong background in marketing and strategy, Sandy has held various roles including Marketing Consultant for small businesses and Director of Customer Success at KITE Solutions Inc., where innovation partnerships were facilitated for Fortune-1000 companies. Previous experiences include significant positions at Zenith, Maxus, Deutsch, and Merkley + Partners, with notable accomplishments in media strategy and customer engagement. Sandy earned a B.S.B.A in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Florida and furthered education in International Marketing in France.
