Jyoti Mehra

Jyoti Mehra is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lam Research, Jyoti previously held various executive positions at Gilead Sciences, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. At Novartis, Jyoti progressed through several key roles, culminating in the position of Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources. Jyoti’s foundational education in Political Science was obtained from Delhi University, followed by advanced human resources certification (SPHR) from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
