Rueban Blankenship

Rueban Blankenship has extensive experience in advertising and management, serving as Vice President and General Manager at Lamar Advertising since October 1995. In various roles, including Sales Manager and Account Executive, Rueban developed and sold advertising concepts and billboard campaigns throughout the Ohio Valley. Prior to this, Rueban gained hands-on experience as a Construction Foreman and Operations Crew member, responsible for the installation and maintenance of billboard structures. Earlier in their career, Rueban worked as a Corrections Officer at the West Virginia Department of Corrections, supervising inmates in a maximum-security facility. Rueban also served in the US Navy. Academic credentials include an Associate degree in Accounting/Business Management from Belmont College and coursework in Criminal Justice/Corrections at West Liberty University.
