Ben Howard

Ben Howard is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lambda since July 2024, Ben has held various senior positions at leading technology companies, including Principal Distributed Systems Engineer at Upbound and Principal Software Engineer roles at both DDN Storage and Red Hat, where significant contributions were made to the development of Red Hat CoreOS. Prior experience includes roles at Recurly, DigitalOcean, Canonical Ltd., Amazon.com, and Novell, with a focus on cloud platforms, Kubernetes deployments, and Linux systems engineering. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
