Matthew Ralph

Matthew Ralph is an accomplished Senior Planning Engineer at VINCI Construction since February 2023, specializing in pre-construction and tender planning. Previously, Matthew contributed as a Sub Agent on HS2's BBVJV project, overseeing multiple complex structures. Matthew's tenure at VINCI Construction UK from September 2017 to January 2023 included roles such as Section Engineer for the HS2 Sublot 2B Mainline Structures and Planning Engineer for a pipeline project from Southampton to London Heathrow Airport, where responsibilities involved building and maintaining the P6 contract programme.
