Shruti Mittra

Shruti Mittra is an accomplished Fulfilment and Leadership Coach at Laminar Projects since April 2023, with a diverse background in clinical psychology and corporate training. Prior to this role, Shruti served as a Client Care Counsellor at TELUS International from September 2022 to April 2023, and as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Corporate Trainer at Felicity from April 2022 to September 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Mind Wellness by Era Dutta and Tata Health, and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Training Facilitator at Caring Minds (Kolkata) from September 2018 to August 2021. Shruti holds a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry and Allied Sciences, a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loreto College.
