Phil Theis

Phil Theis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in solar energy, technology, and education. Currently serving as a NABCEP PV Professional at Energy Systems & Installation since May 2013, and as the President of PennSun Solar since January 2011, Phil specializes in the design and installation of residential and commercial solar power systems. Phil also contributes to academia as an adjunct faculty member teaching solar PV. Previously, Phil held various positions including District Emergency Coordinator for ARRL, Manager of Strategic Network Planning at Windstream Communications, and Director of Information Technology at D&E Communications and United ChemCon. Phil is the founder of two companies focused on software development and computer network services. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Studies, a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies from Lancaster Bible College.
